Subway Series Preview

It’s time for the Subway Series!  The Yankees are now 23-19 on the season and although they have lost 6 of their past 9 games, they have gotten their stride back during the past three game winning streak.  They are still in second place for the AL East , but only back by one game on the Rays. They have not won 4 in a row yet this year, and are hoping to work their way back into first place this weekend.
The Mets seem to be doing pretty well for themselves despite the Madoff money troubles, injuries and all that bad luck associated with the Mets.  They have won 9 of their last 13 games, and won 2 in a row, yet are still one game under .500.  Although they are under .500, they are still only 5 games out of first place in the NL East.  They are just a small winning streak away from being a threat in their division.
